There has been a controversy with myself over my feelings about politics. I simply just dont care. But, I would like to say that i actually have agreed with myself that Bush IS NOT stupid.
I have watched throughout these past eight years all the stupid hippies criticizing bush and how he gets the job done. my favorite was the tee shirts that came out in an add in rolling stone that said “01. 06. 09″ and in small print underneath, it said “Bush’s last day.” now, is he really that bad? is he just some sinister, evil man that is uncapable of running a country? now, before you jump out of your chair and say “YES!!!” maybe you should hear me out.
Acouple days ago I took my kittens to the vet for a check up. there was an outdated magazine laying in the waiting room, so i looked through it. Inside was a whole 3 pages on the marriage of Bush’s daughter, whatever her name is, with pictures; our president Bush was in a nice dress shirt and pants, and did not look at ALL like the president. He was just a father giving away his daughter to a nice man. I then realized, that even though this guy runs the WHOLE ENTIRE COUNTRY, he is still just a guy. a normal guy.
So in conclusion, I would like to see any of those stupid hippies take over his office and see how THEY like it. I would like to see how many people yell at THEM and call them STUPID. Even though I know Bush has been kind of wierd, and looks like a monkey, and has said some wierd things, he has a VERY DIFFICULT JOB and he should be respected for the fact that he has enough balls to try it. and if Obama or whoever thinks they can do a better job, then let them have at it. but I think it would be completely hillarious to through a 32 year old economy loving, bush bashing hippie into the white house just for A DAY and see what happens. they would fall on their butt so hard, and hopefully turn their views around.
Liberals don’t even have a rational argument as to why their man should be president. Their arguments basically consist of two things:
1. He’s black, and if you don’t vote for him, you’re a RACIST!
2. He’s for CHANGE!
For one, Bush was the first person to put a female black in a position in the executive branch. For two, 91% of Americans do not want change, since the Democrat Congress only has a 9% approval rating (no doubt only by atheists and Islamists).
i think those two points basically sum it up. I don’t know that much about politics, but i know common sense.
Just stumbled across your blog, and had to comment to this post. It’s refreshing to see someone pagan with such a rational feeling about the president! I was raised to have respect for the position, and I totally agree that he has the toughest job on the planet. No one sitting in his chair is going to look perfect, that’s for sure.
